Step 1: Enter your details
- Make a secure payment for parking or valet service to get a unique QR code or Booking ID, which will serve as your ticket.
- For car parking - Scan the QR code at the parking entry.
- For valet parking - Upon arrival, show your booking details to the valet representative, to avail the parking service.
Enter essential details, choose a suitable package, and book your parking package.
Step 2: Pay & get the QR Code
A full refund will be provided if you cancel your booking at least 4 hours before the designated entry time. However, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 4 hours of the designated entry time.
Click the cancel button on the 'My Booking' page to cancel your booking. You will be prompted to select a reason for cancellation. Choose the appropriate reason and click submit. Your cancellation process will be complete.
Yes. You get 30 minutes before and after your entry and exit time for car parking.
Note- For valet parking you won’t get any buffer time.
