Excellent from start to finish. The hotel management was brilliant. Very professional and obliging. Nothing was too much for them, all our requests were met, asap. Staff gave excellent service. The service, food and the rooms excellent. A hidden gem for sure. Thanks to management & its team for everything they did for us. You’re the best !!!

During my stay at JRD Pride in Delhi, I found the overall service to be decent. Mr. Sumith’s excellent service added a positive touch. The food quality was great, and the amenities provided were really good. However, there are areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

It was a great stay at the JRD pride. The food location and rooms are excellent. However, our room was right next to the staff lift, which was very noisy throughout the night. For the rest the stay was very good.

Excellent from start to finish. The hotel manager Ahmed was brilliant! Very professional and obliging. Nothing was too much for him, all our requests were met, asap. It was clear he runs a very tight ship as all his staff gave excellent service too. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The service, food and the rooms excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Delhi. A hidden gem for sure. Thank you Ahmed and your team for everything you did for us. You’re the best!
