"Decent Stay, with some Improvement" During our recent family vacation at this cottage, our experience was mixed but showed promise for improvement. While the bed was comfortable, the room's cleanliness fell a little short of expectations. The tariff didn't quite match the accommodations offered. The cottage's location was convenient but accessing it via narrow, uphill, and tricky roads posed some discomfort, particularly for unfamiliar visitors. The manager and service staff were polite and accommodating, a positive highlight. While food options were available, they were somewhat limited. Could have rated it a 4 star but service on our last day fell short despite multiple notifications to the staff about the lack of hot water, causing a delay during our checkout. Overall, while the stay was decent, attention is needed in cleanliness & overall service efficiency. With slight improvements, this cottage could be a good option to provide a more enjoyable experience.

It was well good rooms. Responsible staffs explained each things. Food is home made and good one. Minor thing to improve is food reachability, we need to order before 1.1/2 hours but it was also intimated by them. View was also good.

Awesome place for staying with family... excellent rooms and hospitality...Just 1 km from Ooty bus stand.. People here are so friendly and responsible... everything is addressed properly..They have in house kitchen facility...1st floor room has scenic view and spacious as well..

I stayed here for 3days on workation. 1st floor rooms has great view. Stuffs (Arvind, Dhanush) are helpful. They do not provide lunch but it was communicated properly and alternatives like zomato and swiggy is available there so not a problem. On dinner/breakfast time home cooked foods are very nice. I really enjoyed staying here, for couples and families its a great option in budget.
