Very bad experience. Booked through OYO and when i went there with all my luggage, they said they cannot offer rooms at OYO rates. Attitude and behaviour of the staff were bad and very unprofessional. They ask us to complain to OYO and respond the same to OYO executives.

Horrible Experience The rooms were so bad. Dust and waste garbage everywhere. It looks like a dingy place. The location is so interior that even if you're in trouble, no one will come to rescue you. There is no one to solve you're query. If you're travelling with family, avoid this place.

I booked this hotel through OYO. Initially OYO told us to send the advanced amount and once we reach there the hotel staff made us to send full payment. Initially when we checked in electricity was cut off. After asking hotel staff's repeatedly they finally solved the issue after 2 hours. The room was very badly maintained; there were dusts and hairs everwhere in the room. The AC was not working properly. The wifi connection was not there, when asked receptionist said they haven't paid the bills. The thing we were most concerned about was hot water for bathing. The electric geaser was not working. There was no one at the Hotel except a room boy, who was not responding properly to any of our concerns. Even they haven't provided us the basic amenities like bedsheet, bath towel, soap, etc., which was listed. If possible please don't stay in this hotel OR please check all things before checking in.

I booked in the OYO app while I check in the hotel they ask for extra money to confirm the booking and they said the money u paid is not enough for us, you can tell anybody but we won't give the keys until u pay extra money. After that, I called customer care and they informed me that the hotel is not responding to the call so u can find somewhere. All this is happening at midnight, If u are with ladies and kids think about the situation, so I paid the extra money and checked in. While I get into the room I thought better I could go somewhere or sleep in the car itself, very dirty rooms when I informed reception the Staffs behavior is so rude, they said if you don't like you can go somewhere. Sleepness Night, I checked out early morning. STRICTLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES. And to the hotel management if you are not ok with the deal you have to ask OYO to increase the room tariff, not with customers, and don't spoil the customer's mood we came only by the trust that you will provide good hospitality.
