I feel harassed after going to this place.. Firstly i was denied room as the property manager asked for extra money to give any room. After talking to oyo customer care they provided a room and that was very bad room, ac didn't work, springs of bed were almost out of the bed to the extent that it was painful to sleep on them. We tried complaining a lot of times but no one there listened to us and kept ignoring us and is at was already 11 in night i had to adjust as there was barely any other option for us and we barely weer allowed to checkin.

At the reception, we were initially told that no rooms were available, inspite of me making a full payment to confirm the room. With a push, we were alloted a room. Rooms were not clean. Most of the fittings such as fan regulator, tap, exhaust fan, etc., were broken. Room had strong smoking smell (supposed to be non-smoking room).

An honest review would be they are totally unaware of how their rooms are priced in oyo and Agoda apps.. As a customer You find the best price and you take it.. They claimed they were unaware of the price drops in the apps and asked for more payment.. Had to go through some hassles to gt the room. Otherwise the stay ways decent.

Worst experience. Believe me, never go there, otherwise you will definitely regret for going there. Very bad receptionist and service. No AC and TV in working condition. Wall paints are out, Blankets are stained, No locker inside bathroom, Ugly pillows kept in rooms cupboards, Property manager knocks door in between and peeps inside room(to pretend to check ac working or not), that was very disgusting. It was nightmare for couples

This is the first ever worst experience i had during the booking of the Oyo rooms. They have charged me for the total sum of 1540rs online and after the booking is done, they told me to pay 1618rs during the check in.. what the customer care is telling and what we see when we visit the place is totally different.. i really suggest every person who is trying to book here, kindly check the ratings and also don't contact to the number available in the Google.. it's totally a scam from them for charging extra money from the customers who try to book a room for staying.. so please try to avoid this OYO 040 rooms at the atmost possibility...
