I booked a hotel online at approx amount Rs. 600 including GST but when i reached hotel with my father and hotel receptionist see the language then he took the advantage and said we can't book a hotel of less than Rs. 1000 after so much discussion he give a room at Rs. 800. The room was used, dirty bedsheet with hairs and there was no facility in the bathroom, tv was just for the showcase and even water bottle was not complementary.. I ordered a tea which cost was 42 which actual cost was 5-10 rs only.

The worst experience before making any booking as the staff of the hotel could not attend the calls to make a booking or solve our queries that means the reviews are paid and misleading .never trust oyo. I hope hotel staff is paid enough for their job then y can’t they justify their job

totally indifferent & non-friendly rather rude behaviour of the staff members. Room & bathroom fittings in a pathetic & unhygienic dirty conditions. Tv lights in the room not working. Bed not fit for sleeping. Property was happy with young couples 2 to 4 hours dirty stays.
