I am very thrilled with this hotel. Very close to the Gimhae airport, with free shuttle service in the mornings. Complimentary breakfast is offered from 7-9. The rooms are clean and safe. The hotel is also located near numerous food and service options. Ideal for long layovers or extended travel.

We had a bad experience in this stay. Even the staff knew we are tourists they refused to talk to us in English. We tried to use Korean to tell them what we needed, they thought we can speak Korean fluently so they started to talk to us in Korean. At night when the downstair guest complained got noise, the staff directly called us said the noise was came from our room and the noise was made by our children. They didn't let us explain just use Korean to scold me in a rude tone. But our children were lying on the bed and watching video at that time. And the staff also threatened us said they are going to call police. Actually the hotel sound insulation was very poor. We also can hear the noise from upstairs and the room beside our room. (ex: dragging chair noise,footstepping noise......) Even the location is convenient, we do not recommend it.

The location is pretty good for people going to the airport but inconvenient for anything else, as one cannot directly transfer between purple line and green/yellow lines, effectively doubling the cost if one goes beyond purple line. In the case when you do go to the airport they have a small van that can take you directly there, but slower, and you need to book it a day before. Save a thousand won I guess.

Airport hotel that serves its purpose. They offer morning shuttles to the airport, which doesn’t feel necessary since it’s located right beside the train station which is one stop away. Check-in before 15:00 will cost extra, as will late check-out after 12:00. One notable area for improvement is the breakfast area which has a large spot on the ceiling with water damage and mold - located right above the cereal bar. Breakfast is basic and is served from 07:00-09:00.
