This is a converted 2 star hotel. If you paid for king size bed, it will be your loss since they dont have it. Also no refund whatsoever or any compensation. They only say they regret it. Customer management and breakfast is lower than mediocre at best. Location is ok.

I would give this hotel a rating of 3.75 stars, but definitely not 5 stars. The air conditioning was not working, and the refrigerator was heating up the surrounding area instead of cooling drinks. The decor and repairs in the hotel reminded me of the 90s, like an old-fashioned wardrobe at my grandma's place. No one informed me that the spa area would be closed during the holidays, and I specifically chose this hotel because of the pool. It would have been better if they had air conditioning for the towels and linens. If you plan on sitting in the lobby with your laptop, it won't be comfortable. It's quite a distance to walk from the subway station with luggage. There's a shopping center nearby, but don't expect too much. Now, onto the positives: huge bed. I managed to spend a couple of hours in the pool and spa area, and they were really nice. The cleaning service was prompt and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The internet connection was good, and they provided plenty of drinks for the minibar. If the hotel had been rated 4 stars, I would have overlooked the shortcomings. However, considering the amount of money I paid, I felt the need to express my feedback.

Actually I had a great stay, but the hotel was super busy when we arrived late in the evening, I had to carry my luggage on my own. I had to ask where and if someone can park my car. Was a Little upset about that. Other then that it was excellent. The room was quite clean, the breakfast was amazing! They even made fresh scrambled eggs if wanted, they had plenty of everything. When checking out, I got my car quite quick and everything did work better in the morning then in the evening. Would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. I have stayed there multiple times, the location is a little far from the center, but it's close to the industrial areas, so its good for business meetings with manufacturers. The rooms are clean Beds are comfortable Restaurant atmosphere is beautiful, it has outdoor seating and the food is good The breakfast is good and offers a wide range and variety of food

A business hotel does not open its Health center at 10am otherwise it should be called tourist hotel. Businessmen go to gym early in the morning then go for business. The air conditioning looks good and shiny but operates mostly in heating mode vs cooling (mid May). Better to open the window to cool down but only if your window is not facing the traffic jam . I had to change room at 11:30pm . Payment room must be done upfront when you check in, so no option to walk away . Be aware
