Very bad! When I arrived at the hotel on the first day, I told the receptionist that since we only had Taiwanese plugs and couldn't charge, was there any universal plug that I could borrow (we all had very good attitudes). I was told there was no, but the next day I asked the boss lady and she got it. Finally, When we were about to check out one day, we found that the drinks were spilled in our carry-on luggage (it didn't get on the hotel floor, it was spilled in our own bags), and it didn't block the path of other guests, but the boss had a bad tone. They asked us to go out and not stand in the way because we spilled the drinks. They just asked us if there was any toilet paper, and the boss said no. Is there no toilet paper in a hotel? Don’t you need toilet paper yourself? From the beginning to the end, my face was smelly and my attitude was very bad. I asked for nothing but didn’t want to solve the problem. I kept telling me no no no. I highly do not recommend this hotel. 0 points!

When we arrived at the hotel front desk on 26/7, we only saw a sign saying "Room Checking, please wait". We, a group of six adults and two children, waited in the small hotel lobby for seven or eight minutes before a waiter came to check us in. We were speechless. ... The location of the hotel is five minutes away from Seomyeon Subway Station, which is quite convenient. The only drawback is that it is in an inner alley, so be careful if you return to the hotel too late. There is a large amount of distilled water provided for free in the lobby, and there are three bottles of free distilled water in each room. The rooms can be considered neat and stylish, but the entire toilet is separated by glass, with only a thin gauze curtain. The sound of urinating was completely heard by people outside the toilet, which was very embarrassing. But when I saw a box of condoms on the table, it all started to make sense. The air conditioning in the room is insufficient. Every time I go out and return to the room, I have to endure the sweltering heat for nearly half an hour and feel dizzy... Since I needed to use the refrigerator to keep the ice cream, I asked the male waiter at the front desk for an extra room card that night (because as long as there is no room card inserted into the card slot, all power in the room, including the refrigerator, will be cut off immediately. ) When the request for an extra room card was made, the male waiter's face was already very ugly. He kept mumbling in Korean and didn't know what to say. It didn't matter. He was away from home. The most important thing is to have a pleasant journey and avoid trouble. . However, when I returned to the room after going out the next afternoon, I found that the room cards inserted in the card slots of rooms 401 and 501 had disappeared. Of course, a total of six cups of Lotte ice cream in the two refrigerators were also wasted. I immediately went to the male waiter at the front desk. We asked what happened and whether any hotel employee had ever entered our room and took away the room card, but he responded with a disdainful look on his face and said: Our hotel staff did not take your room card, you lost it. Got the room key? Then I will have to charge you a fine. The room cards for both rooms "disappeared" at the same time. The front desk denied that they had taken the room cards. They asked the waiter to ask other employees and check the surveillance video but were refused. The waiter also wanted to charge us a fine. In this case, we The only thing you can do is to call 112 and let the police handle it. When I was dialing, the voice of the waiter came, telling me that due to power failure in the two rooms at the same time, maintenance personnel came in and took away the room cards at the same time. At the same time, the waiter was not notified in advance. At the same time, only these two rooms had power failure while other rooms in the entire hotel were normal. I won't go into details, you know...
