I came on my first UK trip. I came to Cambridge and this is what I got. I will not recommend this apartment to my enemy as well. WORST EVER. There was no hot water in my apartment. I called them many times to fix that but they don't care. Every one hour WiFi router needs a restart. Only false promises. You end up paying whatever they ask and they still won't give you proper facilities. After one week they finally shifted me to different apartment. In that there was no proper WiFi link. Overall I had a worst experience of staying here. In 72 pounds per day, you will get many better options. So choose accordingly.

Certainly wasn't the best, the bed is on roller wheels with no brake and on laminate flooring so it moved if you turned in bed etc. Contacted owner on first night to no reply. TV and WiFi also didn't work. The worst thing was that the front door to the property is left open and the individual apartments have key code locks, this led to people trying to get in by attempting to guess the code in the middle of the night. This happened twice in the space of 4 nights to my knowledge but may have happened more when out or sleeping through it. Wouldn't book again despite being a well laid out and well decorated apartment.

Second stay at a Peymans apartment. Booked through work so a slight mix up saw me go to the wrong address, helpline instantly sent me new directions (not far at all). Then I had a little trouble with entry. Called them again and someone came out to assist in a few minutes. Room clean and warm, comfy bed and nice to have a microwave. Will definitely stay again!
