Front desk is really rude and extremely unhelpful, rooms seem like they need a good clean. In general, staff need some more training in hospitality (if you can’t answer a basic question like “where can we do laundry?”, you should at least offer to look something up for guests).

The room was clean and I slept well at a reasonable price because it was a weekday. But I think the air conditioner in the room I stayed in was broken. It was cool and cool, but I was a little concerned about the noise from the air conditioner. It's room 503. Please check with the owner. Other than that, I had a good rest.

The hotel is small, cozy. The staff at the reception were friendly and not very friendly. There was hair on the bed, the bed linen was not very fresh with a smell, overall the rating was 3. The price was inexpensive for 3 days for 230 thousand family junior suite for 4 people.
