Best location! We came that day and they managed to offer us the best price for a room. Best service! There breakfast is okay, it is not a buffet (as I normally like) The hotel is close to anything! Metro, tram, 2 big mosques. Loved it

Pros: Good location and access to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. An elderly gentleman at reception is the only staff downstairs who is very kind and welcoming. He also helped us arrange a local taxi to the airport. The breakfast staff Seckin Kaya and Basah we're great along with a young girl and another young man were the best thing in this hotel, checking in with all guests and smiles on their faces each morning. The view from the rooftop restaurant is nice. Cons: Needs massive improvement in rooms, cleanliness, noise, room access and wifi connectivity. Got 2 twin beds that were joined together when we booked a double room and we requested to be moved. The new room offered had the same issue albeit was a little bit bigger. Curtains only cover 1/3 of the window and are torn or missing- the window overlooked a grey wall. No telephone to contact reception from this room. No mini bar or fridge in the room. No kettle or tea/coffee in room either! The cotbed we requested was dirty and frayed- we did not use it at all. Carpets are frayed, rooms have a strange smell and bathroom has mould, bedsheets are not replaced regularly and towels are very old and often worn out. Soundproofing is poor. The room key kept getting locked and wouldn't work so we needed the receptionist to sort it out a couple of times during our stay! Not a 4 star hotel.

The actual hotel is extremely average , wallpapers were coming off and it needed a deep clean. The hallways were narrow and extremely outdated however the staff make it worth while. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff all the way to the kitchen staff, mainly Seckin Kaya, the manager of the kitchen team. He was absolutely amazing, super friendly! We had an issue with our room and they swapped us out instantly The location is perfect, 2minute walk away from Gulhane tram station. And 10 minute walk from Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Hotel could do with more of an update.

Dirty, disgusting rooms, the manager was nowhere to be seen and refused to talk to us. Lobby is broken and elevators are destroyed with broken mirrors. Rooms are like a jail cell very small, the bathroom's door and the room's door cannot be opened together as they will hit each other. It looks like it is not maintained at all! the reviews are probably a bot from the hotel's staff. The receptionist would not come up to check the rooms to see for himself how aweful it was. Do not book at this hotel, you can find cheaper and much better hotels elsewhere in the area. I was NOT refunded my money back, due to their no refund policy, false advertising, do not rely on the pictures you see here.
