Best part of this hotel is it’s full with bugs, bed seats not cleaned, pillows are very dirty, you turn off the light little bugs start having party. Pillows stink, they don’t clean bed seats and pillows. Hotel just want your money and no service. Corrupt system, very unhealthy, very bad experience, I supposed to stay three days I left early. I went down to front desk and complain about the bugs, they were laughing to each other. Very disgusting unprofessional hotel. I don’t even know where they get the ratings from. Dirty and disgusting. I not even ask for refund because I know they will never refund. Looks like Brazilian hotels and travel department is sleeping, shame on the government.

I recently stayed at this hotel here I am sharing my experiences with all. Pros-breakfast was very good, delicious breads and other items, good location everything was nearby like copacabana beach, escadrio salaron and etc. Stuffs were ok. Cons- Rooms were not cleaned. We asked them to do the room service and put our room number also in the cleaning list but they didn’t clean it. They didn’t give new washed towels, and bed sheets were stained. A total mess. Not happy with this one.

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. Hotel rooms was not clean. Rooms had stained bedsheets. Even after asking the hotel receptionist for a room cleaning, nothing was done. While checking in, i was told that 2 bottle of water was complimentary, but i was asked to pay while checkout. The receptionist behaved very rudely.
