Staff with limited problem-solving skills. Upon check-in, I was given Room 017 with a very poor wifi signal. At the same time, I was told that they have reset the modem but unable to resolve the problem. The staff told me to walk to the reception counter whenever I require a wifi connection. No other solutions were provided. I had to request for a different room and I was given a smaller room. It could have been better since the hotel is located near to the subway station and some tourist attraction.

Small rooms and multiple warnings about suing customers. This room has no window and an open shower, but the use of air conditioning is prohibited starting in October. Due to theft, there are no chargers and rental is strictly prohibited. A lodging establishment that views guests as potential criminals rather than customers. The location is good and the price is cheap, but the service mind is below zero.
