I picked this hotel because it is close to the beach. Unfortunately, the room was not that clean. There were multiple stains on the wall and sofa. The biggest problem though was how noisy the construction was across the street even with all the windows closed. Construction started at 6am. Come here if you don't need sleep.

Stayed in this summer lately. Location is perfect. Root top pool is nice but the bed is solid and uncomfortable.

The hotel has been remodeled, so the rooms, furniture, TV, etc. are new and clean, but the service is not that bad, but the cleanliness and management of the rooms, toiletries, bedding, etc. seem to be a little lacking. I think it's expensive because it's close to Haeundae Beach, but I got the impression that the environment wasn't very good because there was a lot of construction around the hotel and there were many dark alley-like streets.
