Very good service. The receptionist was very kind, We were in town for the Guns N' Roses concert and he gave us all the information we needed for the town. The rooms are very nice. I recommend it!

The experience at the hotel was a fade one. The place got old, and this is obviously. It's a four star hotel, but the room, the bathroom, the breakfast location, the reception personnel, none of them are at four star level. Unfortunately it's not the only one in Bucharest in this situation. Maybe the responsible from the city administration should be more on the field to be aware about this situation.

The staff was somewhat unfriendly for the most part and they tried to charge us for a broken telephone that we didn't even break, acting like we didn't inform them about it, when we absolutely did, almost immediately. They're liars and manipulative. They were willing to charge us for every little thing we did, we were terrified to visit our friend's room because they were claiming that we made too much noise. I'm not denying that there weren't noisy residents but not all of us were like that. The cleaning ladies were really kind and the ladies in the kitchen as well. However the food was mostly flavorless and bland. The decoration was tacky and awful in general. The hotel isn't close to the center but the city is so pretty so I don't mind it. I have to add that there were holes in the curtains and the shelves were not stable. There were some minor issues like this in general. The rooms were badly soundproof too. All in all, do better.
