Booked through Hotels after reading that it is a brand new property opening in November. The peculiarity of this charming hotel is that home automation reigns supreme. The reception is remote, everything can be managed by the property remotely and if necessary via whazzup or telephone. Inside, everything smells new, the rooms have wooden floors, a large retractable wardrobe, a really comfortable King bed and it is suitable for families with ONE child if he sleeps with his parents. The building originally belonged to the Manzoni family. The temperature is managed by tablet, there is coffee pods, a mini bar, hairdryer and an excellent set of soaps for the shower. Also free slippers. In short, the details make the difference, you immediately feel comfortable in the room, which is also very soundproofed thanks to the double glazing. Promoted with flying colors, also for the price which with particular promotions or periods can even be less than 80 euros per night, excellent considering that breakfast is included! There is no parking, but in Como parking is a problem for everyone. We will certainly return to this chain (which we didn't know about) because it really impressed us!

Unfortunately I had chosen the best room in the hotel for my stay but when I arrived I had a "basic" room. After saying I wanted the room I had reserved, he wanted to change my room but the door wouldn't open. Their badge card system did not work. So I got a “basic” room. There was water leaking after every shower. It was very cold in the room, the heating did not work, the bathroom door remained in my hands and very poorly soundproofed. Despite this, the rooms are very beautiful and very clean.

They define themselves as a boutique hotel, but in reality it is neither a hotel nor a boutique. There is no room service even though it is written in the booking that there is. Room number 1 has a window to the restaurant. Noise of cars all night due to the road. There were cobwebs in the room. Broken towel rack in the shower. They put in 2 capsules, coffee for two days, and when we asked for more, they sent us to buy it alone. On Thursday they announced that they would not provide service until Sunday...disrespectful attitude and when we complained they claimed that they were not a hotel but a place for tourists?? A strange definition considering the exorbitant price of over 200 euros per night. Definitely not recommended!
