My husband, my two daughters and I have been this weekend. The room seems newly renovated, very clean and simple. The beds are very comfortable. The heating was on when we arrived, which was appreciated because it was quite cold. The parking lot is large and comfortable to park. The person who cleaned our room on the second day, Gabriela, was very kind at all times. Yes, we will come back at some point! ✔️

This place is horrible I couldn't even take a nice hot shower for 2 days. Then when I tried to bring it to the managers attention she hid from me.. maintenance man tried to play dumb knowing the water wasn't hot. The cover had stains om them.. this hotel sucks 😪 stay away if you can.....issues while with us, please contact our front desk immediately so we can take care of the issue to ensure you're comfortable. At Red Roof, it is our intention to have your confidence in our abilities to prevent similar problems in the future. Please know that we value you as our guest and appreciate your business. Thank you for sharing your concerns and I hope you will give us the opportunity to better serve you at Red Roof the next time your travel plans require lodging. Sincerely, nothing but lies I contacted front several times she hid from me.. I called guest relations they called the front and couldn't even get through bad service. Don't get the dirty cover with the stains on it. Also please stop lying and telling customer relations that you offered me a 10 or 15% discount. The manager hid from me the whole morning. So unprofessional...I would never recommend anyone to stay their

I stayed for two days at the Red Roof Inn Edison hotel, everything was clean, the service was very good. I wanted to use the safe but I didn't know how, so the maintenance guy, Angel, explained to me how to do it. I recommend this place. The attention is incredible.

I would rate the rooms 0 stars. We arrived after a long day of traveling for a quick overnight stay. The check in was painfully slow and when we arrived at our room it was disgusting. The bedspread had stains all over it and looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. In addition there were roaches on the bathroom walls. Steer clear of this Red Roof. We ended up packing up and heading 40 minutes South to the next nearest Red Roof which was top notch!
