Worst costumer service experience ever! The receptionist are rude disrespectful with awful attitude. They don't listen and argue with the guests. Clearly they are not happy working there and take it on guests. Their direct manager Mohammad Takbeer is worse than them. I never been treated this bad on a high end facility as a guest while checking in.

It is a beautiful compound in the heart of Dubai. We purchased 2 apartments in the Prive and didn’t regret it. The staff is so kind and helpful. The guys do a great job for the autopark. But swimming pool they didn't clean good in summer time. Piano in the lobby is a great idea.

I spent a whole month living in this building. Honestly, the experience was not good. - Fire alarms in the middle of the night that last for hours. - Constant water outages, sometimes lasting all day long. - Very poor soundproofing, you will hear your neighbors. - They close the pool 15 minutes before the announced closure time. - Valet parking only, so you are forced to rely on overworked staff, who of course have dinged the door of my car. Not their fault, they are doing their best but I don't understand why I can't park my car myself like a normal adult. - Security sometimes shows up at your door for a "balcony check". - Two of the five treadmills in the overcrowded gym are broken, and so is the AC. I hope you enjoy working out in 28°C. The gym equipment is extremely basic (no barbells or cable machines) and the dumbbells only go up to 20 kg. And don't get me started on the clientele. Spend some time in the lobby and you'll witness the worst of what Dubai has to offer, but hey it's an experience. The only saving grace of this tower is its location and relative affordability.

If you don’t want to wake up at list every month in the middle of the night (or early morning) because the false fair alarm you will never rent an apartment here. The reception is absolutely unprofessional, forget about requests. You need to go there and remind. Building looks good but in fact you meet unprofessional team and nervous breakdown because waking up of FALSE fair alarm.

Building itself is good, the rest no! Maintenance and service is very bad, building management have many issues. Water supply, sometimes no water at all and when is water there is no pressure at all! Fire alarms in the middle of the night lasting for hours. Pool now became completely commercial with empty food tables everywhere and some very very bulky and non sense decorations and there is no enough sun beds and space to relax and chill in the pool for the people living. Those few sun beds available, they are old, damaged and very uncomfortable to lay down. Parking also is a problem, due to the shisha place. The app doesn’t work at all….for years now. And the biggest problem is that there is no number to call this building! Any emergency you might have there is no one to answer, no phone numbers , no lobby desk operator to call!
