Stayed one night in room 301. Room was spacious and fridge and air conditioner worked fine. Staff at front desk were very helpful and nice. Had complimentary breakfast included aka for 40.00 Canadian! Now staying for another month in a different room and will post my review later

The room is aesthetic, good design however pls mind about your towels too old to use. Plus in our room thr heater is not working. Sthe water in toulet and shower is so weak that it will take us little bit longer. Bed sheets are quiet d too. We enjoy the room more that their aminities. But the place is near ay the macro,lotus kfc etc is accessible.

Worst place in Pattaya! All the garden smells like piss, broken rooms, rude unpleasant staff that open the door on you 4x a row without knocking in the morning. And also some roaches in the room broken toilet and an air-conditioner that wasn’t cleaned for years!! They also fake advertise because the sauna and the swimming pool is not working! 👎🤢💩scam

Overall is a great value for money hotel the only issues we had was on the first night we was downgraded for a night due to them double booking I believe was put in room 401 then the next night moved to the correct superior double room 505 and the only other issue is they need to update there website to stop people being disappointed as they still advertise on the site they have a spa / massage area which is not the case the spa has been out of use for months so if they remove it would stop disappointment other then that it’s a great value hotel has a massive lotus cheap Supermarket 5 min walk away and also from there you can catch the baht bus to jomtien beach if you want a bolt all you need to do is add to notes 50 baht tip and results in a fast taxi breakfast was great only improvement I can thing would be to add juice all staff very friendly
