Terms and Conditions

  1. The user will scan the QR code and reach the payment page of the F&B outlet on the Adani One app. If the user is not logged in to the Adani One app, the user shall register themselves, log in and scan the QR code of the specific F&B outlet to make the payment.
  2. Use code ‘SUMMER10’ to get 10% off up to ₹ 50 at a minimum order value (MOV) of ₹400.
  3. This offer is valid till 30th June, 2024 ending 23:59 hrs.
  4. Instant discount shall be provided at the time of booking by using the code.
  5. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer available on Adani One platform.
  6. The transaction or the spending should only pertain to availing the offer for making payment to a F&B outlet.
  7. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Adani One Platform. Participation in this offer is voluntary and by participating in the offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the use of the Adani One Platform.
  8. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by you, we reserves the right to deny the offer.
  9. Adani One reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  10. No cancellations/refunds shall be allowed.
  11. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
  12. ADL’s decision on all matters relating to the offer shall be final.
  13. ADL reserves the rights to discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
  14. Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
  15. Any dispute or claim regarding the campaign must be resolved with us directly, and customers can connect with us as per the Grievance Policy.
  16. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
  17. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer.
  18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction courts of Gurugram.
