Situated at the prime spot with a lot of parking area. The air-conditioned rooms were small but have king-size bed. It is clean and provides all basic amenities.

Worst experience last month we have booked deluxe rooms and mini hall A/C for our baby shower function. Once function starts they switched off the A/C completely wasted 😡😡😡😡😡even in rooms also they did the same as they having centerlized A/C type for deluxe rooms they switched off A/C in the middle of the nights. Completely waste of money... Very very very very very very worst experience worst management specially worst attitude receptionist and even cleaners also not willing to done their jobs they need money only from the guests😡😡😡😡

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel due to the receptionist's poor customer support. The receptionist was unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting guests. Their attitude was disrespectful and unwelcoming, making the overall experience unpleasant. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure a better experience for future guests

Primary reason to choose this hotel was, it had excellent spacious safe car parking and also located in heart of Karur town, near to bus stand and temple/restaurants. Rooms are just okay for a night stay. I won't say they are bad, but they are not great either. Need better maintenance. Bathrooms were clean and good, so that's good thing. They didn't serve toiletries as well. Cigarrete smell was there in lobbies, so was difficult for families. TV and AC Remotes were not working and even after telling twice, they didn't fix it. They said complimentary Breakfast will be served at 8 am, which is total surprise for hotels in Tamil Nadu, as we get food from 6 or 6.30 am onwards generally. Overall, its a okay type hotel to stay for a night and move on.
