The hotel's location on Dalhousie Chamba Road is impeccable. I found it incredibly easy to approach, and the scenic surroundings added an extra charm to the stay. The property seemed relatively new, meticulously maintained, which enhanced the entire experience. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Their politeness and warm welcome made my experience here unforgettable.
