The most ridiculous service. Rooms were disgusting. Not at all clean. The owner and the front desk lie a lot. When you call them before booking, they agree for everything (late check-in late check-out) but when it's time they straight away deny it. They tell you they can give you breakfast at 7 or early in the morning but when you go there you have to wait until 8:30 to get your breakfast. The restaurant serves breakfast very early for the paid customers but not the guests. Room cleanliness is extremely ridiculous. They do not have proper dustbins, no amenities (except a small medimix soap), only one towel even if couple stays, very unclean mirrors, disgusting toilets and bath floor, disgusting smell in the room and the list goes on. I would not recommend this hotel anyone even if they offer it for free. I checked-in at 2am in the morning and I had no choice but I advice people whoever come here to check the review, please do not book this hotel.

The attentive staff members went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, demonstrating genuine hospitality. One of the highlights was the delectable cuisine offered at the hotel's restaurant. ABM Express is a good value, simple hotel. Our room a decent size, bed comfy, bathroom (bucket bath) ok, hot water took awhile to come through. TV worked no fridge minimum toiletries and decent WiFi. If you booked with breakfast, it was a set thali at a restaurant just a few doors away. Location ideal for metro and overnight bus pick up plus many eateries nearby. Staff friendly and helpful.
