Great hotel in a strange location. This is my first time in Mumbai and it was really nice to arrive at this hotel 2 am. The room was very clean and had complimentary bottled water which I really appreciate. The room is spacious and silent which was a great surprise given drivers like honking non stop. I was late to breakfast and they brought breakfast to my room which was also very nice. The location is strange, so do your research before leaving the hotel to walk around.

This place is amazing, from the cozy rooms, hotel staff and cleanliness is well maintained, however they do not have hot water, the staff says keep the water running upto 20mins and there still is not hot water!! Wastage! not a problem for those who don’t mind but for someone like me I wouldnt recommend to stay

Excellent New Hotel Superb value for money with excellently well furnished rooms , and full amenities Service is almost instantaneous whether you need towels or an electric iron If requested , breakfast can also be served to you in the rooms . The staff are very kind and courteous . Also very generous with complimentary room water bottles. I would say the customer satisfaction is similar to what can be achieved in a 5star hotel in mumbai . And probably the most value for money hotel in mumbai city right now. Location is also convenient , in Central Mumbai
