Had a delightful two-day stay at the resort. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and the specially prepared food was a highlight. The Jeep safari, arranged by Manager Mr.Satish, added an exciting touch to my stay. The staff's cooperative nature enhanced the overall experience, making it even more memorable. Highly recommend it for both comfort and adventure.

It was an amazing stay at this resort. It is a calm and quiet stay. The staff there where very nice and supportive. They helped us arrange jeep safari. Highly recommended place.

Horrible place to stay. NOT RECOMMENDED!! Rooms are not maintained and have fungus/seepage on the ceilings. The floor is peeling off. No ventilation in the room and bathroom and it all feels claustrophobic. We were 3 adults sharing a room and the extra mattress that was put was in a very bad condition. (That too, it was put on the floor and there wasn't a folding bed provided.) They charge 7K per night which is equivalent to a 4 star hotel rate but it's not worth calling a 3 star hotel even! The approach road to the resort is single lane & narrow and forms part of the road leading to the pine forest area, a major tourist attraction. You will think twice before driving your car through the road honking at gaping tourists as you pass them by. Restaurant service is poor and the buffet breakfast has very limited options. The pond in the resort is full of muck and hasn't been cleaned for ages. Staying in a homestay at Vagamon would be more advisable. Book this place at your own risk.

False promise has been given by the manager - Sathish like the breakfast is complementary. But when I was checking out they wanted me to pay 500 per room which is truly unacceptable. Absolutely no way to get into the hotel. The ceiling was wet . I strongly don't recommend this resort to anyone. I would request travellers not to fall for the images posted online .
