Extremely bad experience in this accommodation. The rooms were very dirty, it had pubic hair from previous guests. After requesting several times, they apparently cleaned the room and that too with stained sheets and torn towels. The first few reviews on google are from their employees whom you can see lazing around in the property. That bunk bed never gets cleaned or changed. There was layers of dust in it. The toilets seat was somewhat broken. I asked them for toilet papers and the staff would make a face. The entrance of the hotel was a dump ground. The management basically it did not exist. I tried to contact them and they kept saying they were busy. What kind of hospitality is that. There was no food or restaurant in the accommodation. I had to even request basic necessities like drinking water. The pool was filled with bugs and bird feather for days. Please donot go by those paid reviews and for this price you will find much better places to stay in Arambol.

If only there was 0 for review. 0 would be high for this place. I travelled all the way from England and went by the high reviews on the websites and oh what a lie! The place is set next to a garbage landfill. Small and dirty cramped rooms with a tub where the water literally flows from the leaking toilet. The bath screen had fungi on it with bugs. The ventilation of the bathroom was broken and they didn’t repair it ever. Apparently they had some dispute and the restaurant was shut. There was no room service at all. I tried to contact the management and he had nothing to say as he was away for something important. I later shifted to another place in Arambol next to the beach for cheaper with much better service and cleanliness. This place is a shame and disgrace to the beautiful place that Goa is!

We stayed in the last room available at the property, which was very small, don't blame them for that. Room had fridge and electric kettle and was very well decorated. But for such a price some amenities were not upto the mark. You can provide some decent bathroom toiletries rather than 2 clinic plus satches. Give tea/coffee satches with the kettle. Bathroom did not have hooks/hangers. These don't cost much but adds a lot to the overall experience.

I booked it via MMT and regret it so damn much. I was traveling with my family of 6 people and booked 3 rooms with them. The rooms look nice in the picture but in reality are extremely small and conjusted. Also, do not get fooled by the bathtub sales pitch, coz it is one of the most unhygienic bathroom construction ever, where the commode is right next to the bathtub, and the water while using the commode flows down to the bathtub 🛀. There are 🪳 everywhere in the room including the bed, the storage space and the minibar area. The room cleaning also is anything but good, as when I checked in, somebody's underwear was in my bathroom. And to top this experience, water started dripping from the bathroom ceiling and they couldn't fix it 24 hours after reporting, and changed the room the next day. The people managing the property are lazy as hell and have no professionalism or hospitality at all. Last but not the least, they closed down the restaurent in the middle of the trip coz of some dispute which gave us a lot of inconvenience. Bottom line, in the same cost, you will get much better properties in Arambol and surrounding areas so do not get fooled by the rating and pictures.
