We had a great time at this place. Check in was quick and easy. We were served with water and mocktails that was very refreshing. Front desk staff was very informative and always had a smile at his place. Servers were very quick to show up for offering refreshments as well as collecting used cups from the group. Everyone in the staff right from check-in, bar, gardeners, room service, restaurant servers and chef was really great. Everyone in the hotel and around was very welcoming. We were impressed with room allocation. We had 3 adjacent rooms to us and a huge private balcony facing east. We started our mornings enjoying the sunrise, followed by the yoga on the balcony. Food was awesome throughout the trip. It's the hospitality that wins your heart more than anything else. Last night their chef paid us visit, and gave his recommendations. We enjoyed each one of their recommendations. There are several hiking trails around the hotel. First day we went by ourselves but next morning one of the staffer accompanied us and guided us through the hike. It really felt like that you were visiting your relatives and they were taking you around. Had a really great experience!! Garden in the hotel is very well maintained, with variety of flowers and other plants. Gardener was very generous and gave several clippings/plants to my dad who is fond of gardening. Best of all is that none of the staffer expect tips, and when you want to give it to them they say no and you kind of feel that they only accept it to please you. Last day surprise was that we got to practice our shooting skills trying to hit the plastic bottles hanging from the tree. It was lot of fun. Based on our groups experience, I can't recommend their spa services but besides that we had a great time at their resort.

It was an awesome experience at Alcor Resort Kuthar, Kasauli. We went for two nights and opted for full package including all meals, activities & Spa. Everything was just amazing....the food was having exotic flavors, the rooms were too neat & tidy, the resort is full of greenery & fresh air, the swimming pool was clear & user friendly, the Spa was truly relaxing, the activity room is well equipped to keep the kids busy & entertained. The hospitality is certainly amazing, the staff is very cool & always ready to support. The interiors & the furnishings are seriously mesmerizing. It is like a full package of taking a relaxing vacation far from the hustle & bustle of daily routine. The jungle walk was also good. The best part was Green tea lounge with nice tea flavors, as we are truly addicted to having green tea all the time. My son was really happy to be there and we'll definitely plan a trip again soon, with my in-laws as well.

First of all the location is beautiful. The surroundings are absolutely scenic. The property in it self is very well maintained, clean with low density and very well decorated. When it comes to the services, the spa services they offer absolutely top of the class and absolutely rejuvenating. The staff is very very courteous. They have the attitude of never say NO to guests. The food is also good. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Keep up the good work

Well this resort has some good things also and some of things that can be improved. Good things: Very courteous staff throughout.... Very big rooms and very big washrooms Awesome ambience Beautiful scenic view Great experience of SPA... Evening snacks with nice music playing Only resort have swimming pool Very open and spacious resort... Peaceful environment...If you prefer relaxing... Things needs improvement: Food taste Towels are pale in color or look dirty (fresh towel)

Visited on Mar 20-21 2019. Awesome experience. Relaxing atmosphere. Best service I have ever experienced in any resort/hotel yet. V. good spa and massage services. Quality of food is also outstanding. The weather is also very pleasant. The resort is located in the outskirts of Kasauli in Kuthar and so the experience is not diluted due to excessive crowd or noise. Must visit.
