Location:the location is perfect by the riverside and very close to Bagha beach (10min walk) but giving 3 star as parking is not ample. I think it can accommodate only 8-9 cars Service: This is the department they need to work on. Night staff was not good. He was not rude or anything but not customer friendly as well. Basically he was of no use. Tea we ordered twice in room and both the times it was lukewarm. Some basic things in the room were also missing like a mini fridge , small towels in bathroom. Two glasses . Small things but useful ones Rooms: We booked a family suite . It was nice, clean and big (two connected rooms basically with queen size beds. Value for Money: I would say it was on little higher sides. In summary : an average hotel which you can book for a comfortable stay but don’t expect wow hotel experience. Ok if you just want to sleep at night and don’t want to use hotel services much.

We stayed for 5 nights. It was an extremely pleasant stay. The staff was extremely cooperative and the food was good. You can eat outside the pool area also. They used to clean the room daily. Highly recommended for families.

Just came back from staying at this property and all 5 of us are suffering from food poisoning after eating at their restaurant, it was one of the worst decisions we have ever made, I wonder how this restaurant has so many good reviews about food, when we are all suffering from 2 days. If you are staying at this property, please stay away from the restaurant for your own good health. About the rooms, they are clean. The beds are a little short in length, it doesn't fit the feet. If you are 5 7 and above, you might find the beds to be a little short, but they are comfy.. location is great, staff are also helpful and prompt. The bathroom drain of one of the rooms which we stayed in, were clogged and the water shot up on the floor everytime we used the wash basin. Also, please check the paid snacks, which they keep inside the room or click a pic when you checkin , this helps to know if the staff missed anything before handing over the room keys, it will help during the checkout. All in all, if not for the food poisoning, I wouldn't have complained, but food is the basic thing that the guests would need during their stay. Hotel should ensure that they only serve guests with food made of top quality, here I am sure it wasn't the case. I didn't enjoy my stay.

Awesome stay at Aloha. The rooms and property is very neat and clean. Good Ambience we enjoyed our stay. All the staff is very polite and prompt. The food was awesome. Amresh restaurant staff who served us the food was very polite. Other staff Lara who took our order suggested us with the menu. Also chef Rajesh prepared the food very tasty as per our choice. We really enjoyed our stay and food and we will surely recommend to our friends and relatives visiting Goa..

The facilities were top-notch, and staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I was especially delighted by the amazing pool experience that added to my overall enjoyment.
