The staff was really nice and helpful. We had our flight delay for 3 hours and they were really humble enough to let you check Out late even after they were fully sold Out! They location is really beautiful, very close to Baga beach…10/10 on Food, location and all services! Highly recommended 😊

Hotel has very good facilities and ambience. The staff service for boarding, lodging, conference and other amenities were well provided. The food for breakfast and the conference were well looked after. However wish that maintenance needs to be upgraded especially mattresses, seats which looked old. Overall a good

Horrible hotel. Extremely pathetic infrastructure. Upon check in, that too late at night, AC not working. On complaining they say they dont have any other room and they will need to check and perform repairs. That too at midnight. Breakfast has very limited option. On asking for some chocolate with milk, they say you have to pay extra. Food is also not good. Rooms are located right beside some slum, so you can understand the kind of view you get. Moreover, on new year night, they will force you to pay 5000 per person additional for gala night, otherwise they WONT allow check in. However they wont check whether AC is working or not after charging more than 16k for a room per night. Location is also horrible apart from the fact that it is attached to beach. Not recommended at all.
