I recently booked a 2 days stay at Joia Do Mar Resort after having a terrible experience in another Hotel. My experience with Joia Do Mar was amazing .Upon arrival, the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff (special mention to Ms Tasha) set the tone for our entire visit, creating a sense of comfort and hospitality from the start. Rooms were really cozy and comfortable that too at an affordable price in a very good location. Tasha and Team also gave as very good suggestions about the must visit places as well. The welcoming staff undoubtedly played a pivotal role in enhancing your hotel experience. Their genuine care and commitment to providing exceptional service likely contributed to a positive and memorable stay, leaving you with a lasting impression of warmth and hospitality.

Joia do Mar Resort stands out as an extraordinary destination. Staff and food are very good. I will recommend you guys to try it once. Nice place with good connectivity for all beaches. Thanks Tarun and team for making my vacation wonderful.

Rooms is good for pleasant stay. Service is good, some staffs are helpful and friendly manners. Manager is not favorable. Swinging pool is not good.

The location, rooms and food was very good but they have a shortage of staff so they couldn't provide the better services. Some of the furniture like doors, bathroom Glassdoor, handle, jet holder all these little things require regular maintenance and replacements. Only few room service staff allocated for such a huge property they couldn't even clean the room, handle the luggage during check out and changed the toiletries. I think they have very good location and very big rooms with all the facilities but lack of service forced me to give 3 stars otherwise I would have given 4.5 stars. I would like to request management to increase the number of room service staff than the managers, supervisors and receptionists as room service staff is the most important who actually provide the service in the rooms. Anyway it was an overall good experience.
