Amber Inn by Orion Hotels

Had a really nice and comfortable stay. Mr. Vikas and team were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Room was upgraded on our arrival without even asking. Property's location is easily accessible and food hub is only at a 10 mins drive. Room was neat and clean and had all the necessary amenities at place.

Our group of more than 30 stayed in this hotel last week for 3 nights. Most of the rooms had cockroaches and even rats. The rooms weren't clean as we can found residue in the basins as well as on the floor. They claimed they had a pet control person came 3 days ago to disinfect the place but apart from the toxic smell we had to inhale, we found cockroaches every where. at night you could hear the rats moving around. We couldn't move since we came in a large group and it's hard to find a hotel to accomodate all of us in a short notice. Service wasn't good either. No bottled water delivered in the 3 days we stayed there. We put a request, they asked for room number but never deliver until I stood at the reception asking for it. We ended up buying more bottled water outside. There was no hot water for shower in the first 2 days. Food is the same everyday. The shower head felt off in one of our rooms, toilet wasn't working on another room LOL. Not to mention the towels were so old and looked dirty. The location was good as it was in a quiet area (however in the industrial area & close to Lotus temple but it was it). I wouldn't recommend this place especially for large group as they only have 19 rooms. 2 of the rooms on the ground floor weren't good at all.
