Yesterday, I checked in to Ambika Lodge in Coimbatore at 5 PM. I had to take that room because there were no other available options. It was a non-AC room, and I couldn't bear the loud sound of the ceiling fan. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was too noisy. The bedsheet was not clean at all. The customer service was very poor. When I asked for a glass of water to drink, they told me to buy it from outside, saying, "It's a very bad experience."

The room was in a good room , but In room bed sheet towel and soap 🧼 not ready if u need u can ask by intercom then only provide that is also if available other than receptionist answer not available you can buy outside. Customer service is very very bad

Worst room service and the AC is disgusting with water leakage inside the room. Leakage water is enough to swim inside the room. When discussed about the issue no proper response from staff. Surprisingly they asked to vacate to avoid the situation. Though informed about change of room in advance it was a ridiculous response from the manager sitting in the counter. Never faced such irresponsible behavior in any hotel across the country. I suggest not to advise anyone for this property.
