The best of this property is the location and accessibility to numerous places. The room and amenities are much below par to the price being charged, the bedsheets, towels were stained, the door to the balcony was in a dilapidated state, no one other than the supervisor knows to set right any issue if at all. I would suggest, if you are desperate for the location then Annsun is the place, else do avoid, unless the management decides and executes a total overhaul.

Everything in Chennai is has high rates and comparatively, this hotel was the best deal we got in those areas. This Hotel is a bit old, but it is clean though. Service is Good

This is our second time here. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. We had initial hiccups with the room. But it was addressed very promptly. I will definitely recommend Annsun Boutique hotel.

We'll we'll... I called this so called boutique place(Josephine)and requested for a room which they confirmed and I informed her that I was on the way and would reach by 2 am. As I should have expected , on arrival there was no room. After which I had to beg around to get a room. The next day I got back to them on email and I got an explanation that they processed the booking for the next day and wonderfully great explanations. One can twist and turn and say things as they feel fit. Sadly I had cancelled my booking with another place after Josephine called back and confirmed. I am astonished that the boutique hotel has the gall to say the booking was for the next day. Incompetence and unprofessional approach is the best approach to good customer service. Keep up the greatness 👍
