Lovely area to go invisible for 2 or 3 days... will be great for big families or group of friends. Cheaper room rates with beautiful restrooms. The break fast menu has to be improved.

Service is great. Room service persons comes within 5 mins of request. I really appreciate it. We had some water problem they offered another room and they cleared the issue to greater extend for the same room. Food is homely style 4/5. Play area 3.5/5 they can improve badminton racket quality etc. Common swimming pool was not clean(dry leaves was there), after we request next they kept it clean. Kids had fun in common pool it also has water falling from wall 4.5/5. In room pool 3.5/5 they can improve water quality.

Overall a good experience. Rooms, food all good. Only complaint is the swimming pool, so small that before starting itself it ends. If there are say 3 families or 10 bachelors, this pool cannot accommodate. Tou must think to enlarge it. With most of the season hot in this area, people favourite time will be on pool. Also reduce the Clorine quantity, it's just itching on eyes.

Pathetic and Disgusting place, not even a basic hygiene, stagnent water everywhere, damaged property, mosquitoes and insects everywhere, we booked for 3 days to celebrate my son's birthday and apart from stink, disgusting management people whom I spoke to including managers yuvraj and so called MD Naresh, no one have any respect for the person speaking.. they dont want to even listen to query, there is nothing here, place is not even worth to pay 1000rs per night. Not even a beach access, no place to visit as a family, not even ready to give any answers as for name sake it is a beach Resort. When asked for 2 days refund back atleast as we will check out after a nit stay, all these MD had to talk is about his business as many people come here and have same complaints, if you can't take the place as it is, it's not my problem and gives options to go stay in some stand alone building of his which is about 18kmts after pondicherry and also have a audacity to say even there we will find the same worst situation and will complaint again. All they want is to eat other's money for no service what so ever in this pathetic place. IF YOU WANT TO FEEL ASHAMED INFRONT OF YOUR FRIENDS AND FEEL CHEAP INFRONT OF YOUR FAMILY, ONLY THEN BOOK FOR THIS PATHETIC so called Anora beach Resort
