We had a terrible experience with the hotel and its management. We booked a 3-night stay, and even asked the manager to send us photos beforehand. However, they only provided pictures of the king-size rooms in response to all inquiries. We paid a 30% advance payment upon booking. Upon arrival, we found the hotel located on a very narrow road, and the actual rooms were much smaller and different from the photos sent by the manager. During check-in, they insisted on payment for all three days before allowing us to check in. Despite being a group of 17, including children, the rooms were uncomfortably small. Additionally, the swimming pool didn't meet our expectations. We expressed willingness to adjust for one day, but they refused and demanded full payment. Even when we tried to contact the manager, she didn't answer our calls. The hotel's management was uncooperative and unhelpful throughout, making our experience disappointing. We strongly advise against choosing Arabian Sea Beach Resort. The property and management were both very disappointing, and they even refused to refund our advance payment.

A. Location: The place is located in a god forsaken corner of morjim. There are no indicators or sign boards marking the place. Imagine this: the road approaching the hotel is not a tar road and is wide enough to fit only one car. It's more like a village path, and this road is almost 1-1.5 km. I landed late at night in Goa, and the driver had a horrid time locating this place. Be sure to reach this place before sundown. B. Actual Room. Small rooms with THIN walls. PRIVACY IS NOT GUARENTEED. one of the four walls Is made purely of glass (attached Photographs). Privacy is maintained by virtue of a curtain, which is at the mercy of wind. Otherwise your entire bedroom is on display for anyone who passes by your room. Dont know what they were thinking when they built it. Even the bathroom and the bedroom are divided by an translucent pane of glass. Silhouettes are visible, and really uncomfortable. Not a place for group of friends. The rooms are laid out in groups of two, with a common verandah. We had a group of noisy teenagers next to us,probably partially inebriated, and given the layout of the property, were not at all satisfied with sound insulation. C. Service. Check-in was quick and we were provided the room in a jiffy. Then came the shocker. Early morning we were told the complimentary breakfast was limited to one item each of vegetarian and non vegetarian variety. No other option available. Even if you are ready to pay for a breakfast not included in the complimentary breakfast as supposedly, the kitchen opens at 11 am. till that time you are at the mercy of what ever unappetising stuff they have lined for you. Do note, there are few restaurants or bars or shacks around, so this is a sticky situation. As the hotel is located quite distance from main town, availablity of cab may be an issue. I checkout the very next day and found a place in Panaji with SAME fare. I really feel dissatisfied with the entire experience.

The hotel says it's beach facing but it's not. There is no view. The service is average, rooms are too small and made of board instead of concrete so noise from adjacent room disturbs your peace, free breakfast just has a single option. Owners seemed to be good n talked nicely n asked to give good reviews, later when we asked for late check-out they agreed on extra charge of Rs. 200, but later they disappeared telling the cashier to collect Rs. 500 instead, we kept calling but they never answered the. Overpriced average hotel. Staff was polite but owners ruined it by lying to them to collect extra amount instead of facing us directly.

An awesome time spent with friends and family here. We stayed here for 4 days and all the days we enjoyed thoroughly. The stay was pleasant and rooms were good. But the best part was the food which was delicious. it’s just like “You can’t ask anything better than this”. The cook are mostly from either Nepal or Eastern India and have an amazing cooking skills. Finally the owner. Abhinav was too good and a real fun loving guy. He helped us to set up a dance floor and we along with our rest of the groups (families who were staying in other places around Morjim) partied hard together along with Kids. I will cherish this trip throughout my life. Thank You all the staffs for making it memorable ☺️☺️☺️. Hope to see you again sometime next year.
