We had a great experience in Darjeeling during our two-night stay at Arcadia Heritage Resort in Dali, my family and I were treated to an incredible view from the rooms. The hotel offers a picturesque sight of the mountains during mornings and city lights at night. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and had lovely balconies allowing us to soak in the breathtaking surroundings. There were few challenges with the geyser at times, and we found the heating to be chargeable, which seems to be the case in most hotels. The staff especially Mr. Amit were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The meals were a highlight, especially the momos thanks to their superb chef. Overall our stay at Arcadia Heritage Resort was wonderful, thanks to the hospitality, delicious meals, and the awesome views.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Dali monastery. It is a perfect place for families. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure that all your needs are met. Since the temperature drops low around this time of the year, the rooms were equipped with high-quality electric heaters as well as the mattresses have a heating pad underneath the bedsheets.

Most impressive on all counts. Positives : The views from all rooms of the kanchenjunga Excellent service.. Ravi ji and his team are brilliant.. makes sense for couples and families Good food Location: being only a 12min drive from the mall. . One escapes the massive crowds especially during season Strong link with history: got to know that the hotel's old wing is where Hollywood legend Vivian Leigh was born. Negatives : none
