Stayed for a night. Good hotel with huge car parking space. Breakfast was very limited most of the food items empty even before 9 and staffs are slow in filling the items. But, restaurant staffs are very friendly.

May be we are lucky and we had asked for a room which is away from road. They gave us a family suit, which was really big and bathroom was pretty big too and relatively away from road . We stayed their overnight 8PM to 8AM.. The restaurant is very good, but too over croweded and operated with minimal staff.. They have decent parking, but mostly occupied by dinners..

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a less than pleasant experience. I encountered several issues during my stay. Firstly, upon entering the room, I noticed that both the bed and pillows had an unpleasant odor. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. Furthermore, I discovered that the toilet had not been cleaned, and there was urine residue left behind, which required me to clean it myself. This lack of cleanliness was disappointing, What added to my frustration was the lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff. Despite my efforts to seek assistance from the reception staff, they were unable to resolve the issues I encountered during my stay. Additionally, there was a serious maintenance issue in the hotel, as water was leaking from an unfixed ceiling in the corridor. This issue had been temporarily patched up with cardboard, which raised questions about the overall quality and maintenance of the hotel and one kid well on the wet floor. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others to consider these issues before booking a stay here. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience that I would advise others to avoid.

Worst worst worst hotel I have ever seen... absolute no hospitality... utter failure to focus on basic humanity. Shows richness and bombastic attitude. Not once.. Twice, I have experienced with my family.. embarrassing moment... not even they have the courtesy to apology. Have gone to the extreme of filing a complaint but as usual we are held with lot of work and i dont have time .. the last time was, my mother was insulted tats why I hate this Arcot Woodlands hotel at Cuddalore
