Came here to stay for 1 day but extended it for another day. This is an amazing stay! The view from the premium rooms is amazing. Rooms are really nice and clean. But the best thing about this hotel is their food, their quick service and their hospitality. Hotel staff is very polite.

Amazing experience. Me and my friend stayed for 2 days and a single penny was worth of it. We had a good chitchat with hotel.staff and he is one of the best and humble staff of this hotel. The staffs were always ready for any kind of help. We loved the place

The hotel is at very good location and view from room is great but major issue are as follows . 1. Premium rooms are not having Air-conditioning and it causes challenges in ventilation. 2. Service is very poor- it took 3 reminder to send water to room. 3. If you are non veg lover then you need to inform them earlier. However quality of veg food is good. 4. Staff looks very untrained for handling customer. 5. Lift is there but it’s not working. It causes my mother who prone to knee injury to climb up eveytime as they didn’t give us ground floor rooms.

Poor management and service. I'd they commit anything before or after booking. They don't fulfill their promises. It was bad experience. I will not stay in this property again. They talk a lot but when it comes.es to implementation, very very poor management. Even if the owner is there at the property attitude is same. It's new property, I feel they should gain some experience on customer service and professionalism. They should commit which is not possible for them.

We had an amazing stay over there, everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, things were just a calll away, service was quick. The thing which amazed me was the delicious dinner, a handful of Hotels serve hygienic & tasty food and this Hotel is one of them. We traveled with a year & half old baby and rooms were equipped with Smart TV's with good wifi connectivity making their Coco-melon to stream seamlessly. View is awesome, staff is cooperative. Recommend for stay.
