A Dreadful Stay at Ashirwad Hotel and Spa Our recent visit to Ashirwad Hotel and Spa turned into a complete disaster. Despite booking our rooms a month and a half in advance and receiving written confirmation, we were told they had no rooms as per the specifications available when we arrived. We had booked for 3 rooms and got 2. We were promised decorations for which we were charged extra, but they were never set up. The service was extremely disappointing and didn't even meet basic expectations. Shockingly, the drinking water provided was dirty and undrinkable. Adding to our ordeal, the location on Google Maps was off by a kilometer from the actual place, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration. The absence of a lift in a building with 7-8 floors made our stay even more inconvenient. All in all, our experience at Ashirwad Hotel and Spa was extremely disappointing, and we strongly urge others to think twice before choosing this establishment for their stay. This was an awful experience that we wouldn't want anyone else to endure.

The worst place. Hotel staff use abusive languages to their customers. Room service is the worst. Bathrooms don't have hot water service even in the month of December and when complained about the same staff doesn't cake about it. No space for parking although when enquired over call they are claiming there is place of parking. Cars are parked 2km away from hotel that too at owner's risk. No paid parking available. Bedsheets and linings are so dirty. Rooms are smelling like hell and just to convince the customer they would spray room freshner. In case you ask the room service regarding change in lining or blanket they would reply they are not having anything. One of us was a diabetic patient so we ordered tea without sugar. But the restraunt provided normal tea with sugar. And if someone complains about any of the issue the staff would simply deny. Not even the managers or higher executive would listen to the customer. All the customers were complaining about same but all were stuck since 100% advance payment was taken.

If you want your journey to be the worst one/pathetic, then this hotel is for you. Let me explain what to expect 1. Worst rooms with unwashed blankets 2. Third class service - You can't even expect good drinking water, which is a significant thing. Water bottles are not clean, we even complained about the insects in them. 3. Breakfast You'll get something named Sandwich, which is worst of all. The special thing about the dining room is that you will not find any hand wash, you've to clean with small tub. 4. Worst behaviour of staffs You'll get an option for free cab to parking place, which is 2kms away from hotel. The driver won't respond properly, if we ask multiple times, you will get a rude response which will make you not to ask any further questions This is my honest opinion. Also, it looks like most of reviews are paid. If my review feels like unauthentic, gather feedback from local guides, you will get to know additional stuffs. I'm not sure how this is rated as 3 star hotel. Think twice, even thrice 🙂before booking this hotel.

Only one word “Worst” I’ll give zero star for service and location. You will regret to have stay over there, I was there for couple of days just by watching their pics and reviews on MMT ( Make my trip) which was my worst ever decision my trip got spoiled. High rates for such a cozy rooms no service at all you have to call multiple times just for single service.
