Rooms are big but very much dirty, No service at all. Cleaning not done in 3 days of our stay. No water provided for drinking, AC not working, If you want to stay at Colwa, please avoid this stay

Nice place.. Owner is a bit short tempered. Even me but I never had an issue with him... The way he deals with customer should be improved, that's all... Rooms are good.. Not so well maintained, doors very very hard to close.. Quite place.. Rooms are big but need maintenance. May be bcoz of off season, I'm not sure... Bathroom are also very old , water pressure was very less... Its near to colva beach.. There is a road opposite to this were v can reach varca beach in 500 mtrs.

Stayed at this property for 8 night's, and it was super comfy and quiet stay. Walkable distance to colva beach and located in a very peaceful area surrounded by lot of trees. Owners are really helpfull and customer centric. Highly recommended for people who are looking for homestay based accommodation with peaceful environment.

I stayed here on 16.10.21 with my family on the 2nd floor. it was a good experience to stay here. owner is very friendly, rooms are under budget. This room is not for them, who need luxury or more space. We booked two rooms. This place is very close to the colva beach hardly 70-80 mtrs, you can also see it from the terrace. you can find shops like cloth store, restaurants, general stores, mobile stores etc. ATM, medicine store etc. are just within 500 to 700 mtrs of range. place is very calm, clean and i feel it like in my village. green coconut trees around the house and birds on the tree makes u feels like a home in the countryside. The best thing is i got a parking space, where i was struggling to get while at calangute beach (North Goa). I want to recommend some area of improvement to the owner: 1. I observed some red (Fire) ants inside the room, it may be coming from the coconut tree, need to be treated urgently. 2. cleaning of the passages need to be improved 3. Rooms cleaning are also need proper housekeeping. 4. passages are narrow and became dark during evening time, area illumination may help for this. except this all other things are ok. i will recommend this place those who are willing to travel goa with a limited budget and want to enjoy the clean south goa beach. PS: North goa beaches are dirty and crowded but south goa beaches are less crowded, clean and awesome.
