Astra Hotels- Koramangala

The three of us booked the Junior suite for 3 days but the service was horrible so we left in a day. Firstly, no dental kit was provided and when requested, they went and purchased and gave it. Secondly, when asked for three towels for three people, they wanted to know why we needed three towels. Im not sure whether everyone in any of their homes sustain on one towel for years for every family member. Thirdly, as the restaurant is under construction, there is not even morning tea, which for me is important to start the day. Fourth and final, while passing on the plates,the hotel staff randomly asked us if we will send him 100Rs online and that he will give in cash. For 4000 Rs which they made it sound like a steal, they have horrible service where everything reaches slowly, they have difficulty with any service we ask for, they are not kind and good hosts. Any hotel upon early check-out would atleast ask if everything was okay, they didnt even bother to do that. Im starting to wonder if they had an issue with me staying with my brother and partner and wanted to make it uncomfortable for us. In whichever case, find a better place for your own good but the only good thing about the hotel is theyve done up the place plush and the first person we contact on call Mr. Ashok.

I recently stayed here with my child for 2 nights. Comfortable & peaceful. Had pleasant stay. Responded quickly for my requests by all staffs. Overall good & thanks for the team.
