Worst hotel to get into. No water in bathroom. Door lock stops working again and again. You need to go to reception asking them to open door with master card. Not safe. Not suitable for family. Seems this hotel used to be v good in the past. Now this hotel is not good at all.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was a nice experience. Rooms are in excellent condition. We found the rooms neat and clean. Food is also good, especially for breakfast I appreciate their buffet initiative. Staff needs some more training and somebody should monitor things closely. Location is best suited for traveling as it is on ring road. Parking is bit tricky but manageable. As we met with the owner we had immediate feedback over there. So found the improvements.

Rooms, hotel and staff are good and the response is also quick. The only thing which I didn't like is the cost. Cost for AC room is 3000 approx including gst which seems t9 be bit higher.
