Good service and the food was really great i appreciate the chef for giving us a wonderful food. The staffs were very friendly to us and the rooms are very nice and luxurious with low cost.

This is the first time I'm writing a review during the stay . Won't be able to sleep otherwise. When I booked the room for me, wife and son, all I wanted was that the room should have a bathtub in the bathroom as that's the prerequisite for my junior to stay at any hotel. The hotel confirmed they had and sure enough there was a sizeable jacuzzi in the bathroom and all was good. For a while. Then everything starts to unravel. The luggage that was promised to be delivered upstairs to the "Royal Suite" we had booked, never came even after almost 20 mins. This, after informing reception that we would be going out as soon as we checked in. When I try to call the reception, I don't find any numbers provided anywhere...not for the reception, not for room service, nothing. Then I think I'll just pick up the phone and dial 9 or 109 or something random and see what happens. Surprise! The phone doesn't work. Meanwhile the wife tries to see the view and pulls aside the curtain and lo the hooks break like they are made of butter. I have had enough and decide to go down and let them know what's going on. The receptionist nicely tells me the numbers should be in the room and I tell him no. He says he will check all issues out. We then go out to the nearby amusement park and reach back at night. New guy at reception tells me 1. They don't have room service. This, after Room Service is tagged as one of the most popular facilities in Booking .com from where I made the booking. 2. There is no phone available . No phone in a hotel room is bad enough, no phone in your best room is too pathetic to be even funny. When we get to the room ,still trying to process what we heard, we see the phone has been removed from room means I can't say the phone in the room is faulty anymore..I enter the bathroom and turn on the bathtub for son and dark muddy water comes pouring out... By this point, I'm finding it hard to not lose control but somehow manage as I don't want the trip to be ruined. In between this, we get to know there will be no hot water since they use a solar heater. I called the number available on net from my mobile to get hold of the guy who tells me this. And that's when I knew I had to write this... I have a feeling it's because I paid the entire booking amount upfront while checking in that I'm being "serviced" like this...well, lesson learnt.
