I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Location - The hotel is accessible by cabs, which is a plus point for it, considering many hotels in Shimla are inaccessible. Also, if you want buses to go upwards towards Kufri, Narkanda, you can easily get from the nearby Auckland tunnel. Rooms - I had booked a deluxe room. The rooms had all the basic amenities but were quite small in size. Food - Food at their restaurant was good to tey but could be improved. Service - The staff were really good and their service is excellent. Whatever you ask them, they would quickly bring that to your room. Their behavior was also very nice. I would give full marks to their quick service.

Hotel room is very consested for me. Food was good. My food is including in my room. But 1st day they didn't gave me sweet dish. 2nd day i asked that time they told sweetdish is including our dinner plan. Staff is good n very co-ordinative. Hotel near by mall road its walking distance.
