Rooms were clean and with decent amenities for the price point. Staff promptness was on the other hand, let's just say, not their strong suite. The reception desk and concierge was very polite and professional. Housekeeping was also good, but the room service staff left a lot to be desired. Didn't actually try that much of the food and other things, just tea and some snacks.

Right from the booking to staying to dining ..it has been such a wonderful experience for us. Entire trip for 3days to Ajmer was very well managed and excellent service provided by hotel staff. Clean, neat and hygienic atmosphere. Very courteous and polite staff. Thank you for hosting us so well. Definitely would revisit!

Amazing stay and great customer service! Must visit this property if you are in Ajmer. Liked · Amazing property, great food, excellent staff and really an experience worthwhile. We spent the new years eve and it was made really special for us. The room was magnificent and stay was really memorable. Disliked · Nothing much to point out.

I stayed here for 4 days, and I had a great experience at this hotel. This is centrally located. Easily aprochable from railway station and bus stand. Clean and hygienic Room, cooperative staff, best hospitality, complementary breakfast is good. I didn't visit the rooftop bar so can't comment about it. Overall a good experience staying here from a solo female traveler POV safe and secure. Definitely recommend. ✨

We visited there restaurant which is on 1st floor, first of all staff was talking among themselves only even after asking for menu they keep on talking among themselves after sometime they gave us the menu. We ordered a coffee (Latte )at the starting only but they didn't provided us with it after we completed our meals they were using the machine to prepare it. We finished our dinner and asked for paying through card... The other staff asked their staff to go downstairs to bring the machine, he refused to bring it. First time i have seen such lazy staff who cannot do such basic things. Really disappointed with the staff. Food was quite good though.
