Room service was not so great..and there is no safe car parking inside the premises and if u ask for it.. security will behave rude with you and the incharge will see and enjoy happily..worst behaviour.. Rooms are clean and tidy and atmosphere is good.

This property has Good front elevation. Reception ambience is nice. Swimming pool on terrace maintained good . But regarding the other services, it needs to improve considerably. When water bucket was requested, it wasn't provided. 3 Seperate WiFi passwords provided for 3 persons in one room. I can't understand the logic or savings due to this. Parking is inadequate for a hotel of this size.

It was a great experience staying in the hotel for 3 days with family. Staffs are wonderful with great service. Especially Mr Jai Anand is very hospitable and always with great smile and good asset to the team. Thank you Jai for making our stay wonderful. We will be back.

Stayed at this Hotel during the month of Nov 23. 1. Well located in Karaikal. 2. Very good ambience in this Hotel. 3. Food was great. 4. Service by all the team was really good, polite and the room service was attended immediately. 5. My wishes to the whole team and the management to continue this kind of kind environment in future. 6. Hope this hotel grows with many branches to render this kind of same service.
