Not at all like the pictures. The pictures are so deceiving. The host verbally agrees to one thing and as soon as you enter the villa he goes back on his words. The host and caretaker are both very rude. The villa is ill-maintained with cracks on every other wall and insects in every room and the kitchen where they prepare meals for you from their overpriced menu. No cleanliness, dirt all around. Not at all worth the huge price you pay. I would highly recommend not to take this property.

We were three families, age 4 to 40. There was something for everyone :-) Enjoyed the pleasant stay. Fantastic food, even hotel Chef prepared local cuisine on our just mare request. Very helpful and nice staff. A must go resort. We enjoyed the cultural event and evening performances arranged by Ayu Villa.

One of the best villa I ever stayed in! I went there to attend my cousin' it was a memorable experience. I felt connected to the nature there as it was on the outskirts of the forest. I saw varieties of trees planted there. Service was fantastic, rooms were extremely clean and the employees were friendly.

I am writing this review late but it is much needed because without any doubt it has become one of my favorite resort for it's wonderful and excellent hospitality. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and what a lovely stay. I reached there on 1st August and we were warmly welcomed by entire staff and the owner. The staff was extremely friendly and very flexible. I went with my 15 month old baby and they took care of every small need of the baby. Even a small event was organized for my baby, his first birthday celebration. It was musical and magical evening. We had two great evenings. Overall an excellent stay and would like to go again n again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A good small resort with limited facilities. If you are booking all 4 rooms when coming with say 10 adults and hoti 4 kids, this place is awesome otherwise you may feel privacy issues as rooms are very close. Swimming pool is well maintained and a good recreational area. Location, open terrace , approachability are all good. Food is also 8/10 with little scope of improvement per your liking. Staff and property owner are both very friendly . The staff arranged for lemons for drinks at 10 pm in night when all lemons in kitchen were consumed, they plucked them from surrounding jungle trees. Overall a good place to spent weekend in summers.
