Good hygiene rooms. But room service not upto the mark. Lift from basement only, but no markings about lift service. Reception at second floor. With carry the luggage, difficult to go 2nd floor without lift. Some marking to be made about way to lift.

Very bad service and worst food quality. Total mismanagement. Waiters don't how to serve customers. They are making people wait for 1.5 hours to serve food. Serving plates are dirty. Bathrooms were stinky and have cockroach. Waiters are not ready to clean the tables, asking customers to sit somewhere else.

Very unethical. I booked this hotel through makemytrip. When I went for check-in they denied check-in. First they told booking is cancelled after that they told our hotel is undergoing maintenance. In this case they should not have accepted the booking or should have informed us before checkin. If hotel is under maintenance they should not show in application for booking. Regarding refund also I faced a lot of issue. They did not release the amount easily. I will not recommend this hotel at all. Please don't book very unethical, unreliable, unprofessional behaviour.
