Absolutely pathetic experience. I enquired to book rooms for wedding guests and the manager spoke to me in an extremely rude manner, claiming that he will only give rooms if we book their venue for the wedding. He was virtually yelling that we should have booked their venue for the wedding, if we want rooms at the hotel. Clearly, this is not a resort or a hotel, it's a wedding hall. So, don't go there expecting that you will be respected or welcomed in any way if you are looking to stay as hotel/resort guests. The customer service and the condition of the resort and the rooms is dismal. They claim to be 3 star, but trust me, it is not. I do not recommend this resort to anyone.

Once this resort was a well known place. But now it looked like a haunted place. The rooms were not good.Common bathrooms were stinking. But as it has a big open place to have any outdoor events.
